Matt Cordell, the homicidal zombie cop, is out for revenge for being set up. Or maybe he's just angry about being punished for doing bad stuff. He's back to kill the men responsible for his imprisonment, and literally anyone else who happens to get in his way. Will hard-boiled detective Robert Davi and no-nonsense police psychologist Claudia Christian be able to solve the mystery of why Matt Cordell is such a jerk? Probably not. But hey, lots of car chases. Strap in and come for the ride along.
